What you have is called subconjunctival hemorrhage. This occurs because the tiny blood vessels under the surface of the eyes break. Subconjunctival hemorrhage is painless and often it noticed when you look in the mirror and see there is blood in the white parts of the eye.
Because the conjunctiva is unable to remove the blood quickly, the blood stays under the surface for 7-10 days. I do not think you need to worry about it. It may be caused by excessive rubbing of your eyes or forceful sneezing.
